After the success of the Collider12 startup acceleration programme, we have a new career opportunity for a dynamic Programme Manager. As we are in the midst of launching Collider13, we need a Programme Manager to effectively manage the delivery of the Collider accelerator programmes to targets and within budgets set.
Main Responsibilities
The Programme Manager’s primary responsibilities are:
- To manage delivery of the project plan keeping all team members updated and driving forward operational objectives
- Hold regular meetings and follow up operational actions with all team members to ensure the project plan is delivered successfully
- Staff – manage the Communications Manager and Programme Executive
- Engage relevant Brands to the programme and manage the relationships with those to Colliders best advantage
- Brand relationships –be responsible for understanding the needs of participating brands and liaising with start-up’s and brands to ensure ‘collision’ happens successfully
- Work with the programmes team of professional advisers to ensure the Collision series of workshops happens to schedule and maintain our existing good relationships with these
- Manage the events during the Immersion phase ensuring maximum attendance from all Brands, Coaches, Investors, Startups and Advisers
- Events – organise and attend events nationally as and when required
- Recruit Sponsors onto the programmes and manage those relationships throughout, ensuring maximum revenue is achieved through sponsorship
- Work with the Investment Manager to ensure selected Collider companies are matched with relevant coaches
- Work with the Investment Manager to ensure Collider companies are matched with relevant investors for mentoring during the Collision phase
- Work closely with the Investment Manager to schedule all events with the recruited Startups during the Collision phase
- Manage the 13 week Collision phase delivery of scheduled workshops, lectures, networking events, brand, investor and coach meetings
- Work with the Collider Directors to identify opportunities , develop, launch and deliver future Collider programmes
- Recruitment – alongside the Collider Directors identify recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process for additional hires
